Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day operations management to ensure a seamless and expeditious environment for high-profile clients.

  • Review daily operations records/logs/reports/mails and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement corrective actions to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer complaints and issues.

Short-Term Operational Planning:

  • Plan event recording systems and operational issue highlighting protocols.
  • Coordinate VIP protocol arrangements.
  • Execute planned/unplanned events and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
  • Maintain operational continuity at the airport.

SOP/Manual Development:

  • Develop, review, and update Guest Relations SOPs and guidelines.
  • Plan, execute, and review agreed processes.
  • Identify process flaws and implement improvements.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain infrastructure and consumables to meet VVIP standards.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, concessioners, and industry bodies.
  • Represent the organization in protocol coordination with government authorities.
  • Assist senior management in enhancing operational performance.

Team Environment Management:

  • Manage a 24/7 team with manpower allocation and shift rostering.
  • Conduct regular interactions with team members, consolidate feedback, and initiate corrective action.
  • Utilize organizational programs to motivate and recognize team performance.
