Job Opportunity: Creative Producer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Creative Producer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing daily production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress from initial brief to final asset delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Coordinate and execute daily production activities, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure compliance with all internal processes, maintaining accurate records and updates throughout the production process.
  • Execution Oversight: Manage task assignments, vendor coordination, and quality checks to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and creative standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, strategy, and other teams to facilitate seamless project flow and resolve any operational issues.
  • Client Support: Assist in client communications as needed, providing updates and ensuring deliverables align with client expectations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in production, with exposure to project management in creative or agency environments.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver projects on time.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of production workflows, including creative development, asset creation, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail in managing processes, documentation, and compliance.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and basic client interactions.
