Senior Power Electronics Specialist

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the design, development and testing of power systems for lithium-ion batteries specifically for UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) or electric vehicle (EV) applications.
- Developing solutions with converters (AC-DC, DC-DC), inverters and power supplies to meet the demands of these complex systems.
- Ensuring the proper integration of charging solutions with lithium-ion battery management systems (BMS).
- Designing and building prototypes of power electronics circuits and systems, ensuring thorough validation via testing in real-world scenarios.
- Conducting fault diagnostics, troubleshooting and root cause analysis on power electronics systems to optimize performance and efficiency.
- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in power electronics, with a focus on lithium-ion battery applications.
- Proven track record of developing innovative solutions with converters, inverters and power supplies.
- Excellent understanding of lithium-ion battery management systems (BMS) and their integration with charging solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough fault diagnostics and root cause analysis.
