Job Title: IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Administrator

Administer and maintain the reliability, performance, and scalability of complex IT systems.

  • Design, deploy, and manage B2B integration workflows that align with business and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to implement and support transformation flows using advanced technologies.
  • Operate within containerized environments such as OpenShift or Kubernetes, utilizing Helm for deployments.
  • Act as a technical lead during on-call shifts: manage incidents, coordinate response efforts, engage cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.
  • Support hybrid cloud integrations and contribute to the evolution of cloud-native architecture and automation.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational best practices for ongoing support.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and similar systems.
  • Experience or foundational knowledge in container orchestration platforms, including OpenShift and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments.
  • Strong experience with advanced technologies, including IBM ITXA (Transformation Extender Advanced).
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of integration patterns and system configurations.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and incident management skills.
