Senior AEM Author

We are seeking a Senior AEM Author with extensive experience in AEM authoring and Digital Asset Management (DAM). The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of SEO, web content quality assurance, and AEM components/templates, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, accurate, and efficient digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage AEM authoring tasks, including content creation, updates, and optimizations.
  • Organize and maintain DAM for efficient asset management.
  • Ensure SEO best practices are implemented in content structure and metadata.
  • Perform quality assurance on web pages, ensuring content accuracy and business alignment.
  • Create and maintain testing checklists for content quality assurance.
  • Work with development, design, and marketing teams to execute content changes.
  • Utilize AEM components, templates, content fragments, and experience fragments.
  • Audit content for SEO compliance and performance metrics.
  • Support content migration processes and AEM Cloud initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an AEM Author.
  • Expertise in AEM (6.4 or higher) authoring, taxonomy, and DAM.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and implementation within AEM.
  • Proven quality assurance experience with checklist creation/maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with Content Fragments and Experience Fragments.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for content management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with AEM Cloud and content migration processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AEM Forms, AEM Sites, or other AEM modules.
  • Agile development environment experience.
  • Exposure to digital marketing and conversion optimization.
  • AEM Certification (preferred).
