Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our paid social and search engine marketing efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think creatively.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Design and implement effective Google AdWords and Bing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize results.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing or business.
  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social and search engine marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Experience working with e-commerce setups.
  • Knowledge of programmatic media buying.
  • Basic Excel skills.
