Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity of our rapidly growing beauty brand.

This role requires a creative and innovative leader who can design premium visuals that resonate with consumers, foster brand loyalty, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an end-to-end design strategy for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral, ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Lead the design of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits that captivate audiences and build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Translate consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts that meet commercial goals.
  • Mentor junior designers and freelancers, providing creative direction and feedback to ensure high-quality output.
  • Stay at the forefront of design, beauty, and D2C trends to maintain the brand's competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design expertise.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and bonus points if you know Figma/Canva.
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial goals, prioritizing conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Strong eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Motion graphics or video editing experience for social media.
  • Photography or art direction background.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup/D2C environments.
