Visual Design Leader

As a senior visual design leader, you will lead our creative efforts and help define the visual identity of the brand. Your refined eye for design will ensure that all assets are visually appealing and reflective of our sophisticated and understated brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop simple, crisp, minimalistic, and classy visual assets for digital and print platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative solutions aligned with the brand's strategy and tone.
  • Mentor junior designers, ensuring they grow while maintaining high standards of minimalistic and thoughtful design.
  • Enforce brand consistency across all touchpoints with a focus on clean, intuitive, and sophisticated layouts.
  • Translate complex ideas into easily understandable visuals that are subtle yet impactful.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in visual design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in minimalistic, elegant, and high-end design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and use of space to create clean and balanced designs.
  • Ability to develop designs that are understated yet effective in communicating the brand's message.
