Job Overview:

The Compliance Manager role entails ensuring high standards of quality, information security, and environmental compliance across all locations globally.

This position oversees the management tasks required to maintain certifications and accreditations.

This is a hybrid working role where the Compliance Manager can choose to work remotely from home if their environment supports sufficient broadband speed and adheres to our security requirements. The role requires attendance at our office at least 3 times per week.

  • Evaluate, enhance, and implement quality and information security management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO27001, ISO 17025, etc.
  • Create and review documented policies and procedures within the management systems.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits for each certification and accreditation.
  • Investigate departures from the management system and any occurrence of non-conforming work, including initiating corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and SOC teams for security improvements and incident investigation.
  • Analyse data and compile reports on the performance of the management system and areas requiring improvement.
  • Organise recurring events such as management reviews, supplier assessments, risk assessments, backup testing, and business continuity testing.
  • Proactively identify tasks that need attention.
