We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Improvement Specialist to join our team and help clients enhance their manufacturing processes.

About the Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to drive operational efficiency, productivity, and process optimization on the shop floor.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost output, reduce waste, and enhance overall performance.
  • Analyze existing workflows, identify areas for process enhancement, and propose effective solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals, ensure seamless execution, and maximize output.
  • Recommend and apply industry best practices in shop floor operations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Design and conduct training sessions for client staff on improved processes and tools to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Monitor, track, and report progress to client stakeholders regularly to ensure transparency, accountability, and measurable results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in manufacturing operations, preferably with hands-on exposure to production planning and shop floor processes.
  • Prior consulting experience is highly advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
  • MBA from a reputable institution is preferred, but not mandatory.
