Senior Solutions Consultant Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Solutions Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to contribute their expertise in software sales and pre-sales.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers confidently. They should also have a proven track record of creating compelling product decks, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct software product demos and presentations to senior stakeholders, including CXO-level clients, effectively communicating key features, integrations, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support client acquisition through product understanding and solution positioning, driving business growth.
  • Create engaging product decks, presentations, proposals, and USP pitches that resonate with clients, showcasing the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Perform competitive analysis, market research, and analytics reporting to inform positioning and pricing strategies, staying ahead of the competition.
  • Stay updated with digital media trends and be able to incorporate digital touchpoints in the customer journey, enhancing the overall experience.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Tech) to relay customer feedback and ensure alignment, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all client-facing pre-sales documentation, maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in software sales or pre-sales is essential; exposure to HIMS or the healthcare industry is desirable.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to create and interpret reports, dashboards, and competitor benchmarks, providing valuable insights.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, platforms, and media usage is necessary, along with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage.
  • Excellent travel adaptability as frequent travel may be required as part of the role.
