Design Sales Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to fill the role of Design Sales Expert. This position is ideal for someone with a background in design, architecture, or related fields, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and skilled in building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate and close contracts that align with client needs and company goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue).

Requirements:

  • Background in design, architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the design or architecture sectors.
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving approach to sales challenges.
  • Experience with design solutions or furniture-focused companies is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
