**D365 Commerce Specialist Job Description**

We are currently seeking a highly skilled D365 Commerce Specialist to lead our team in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement D365 Commerce solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Configure and customize D365 Commerce modules to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Lead functional workshops to gather and analyze business requirements related to retail operations and POS systems.
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve D365 Commerce-related issues post-deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce or related modules.
  • Hands-on experience with D365 Commerce (Modern POS, Cloud POS, Store Commerce).
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes including sales, inventory, promotions, and customer management.
  • Experience with lifecycle services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and D365 configuration tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 Commerce or related modules (preferred).
