Job Description:

We are a leading retail image recognition company providing real-time solutions for FMCG manufacturers and retailers worldwide. Our AI-image recognition platform, ShelfWatch, automatically checks retail shelf conditions and compliance from store images captured by field reps during store audits.

ShelfWatch is used by major Fortune 500 companies to track their in-store sales execution daily and enable organizations to make data-driven decisions with significant impact on store sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, administer, and maintain AI first automation tools including Clay, SmartLead, Zoho CRM, GetSales.io, Apollo, and other marketing technology platforms.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to streamline CRM workflows, lead routing, and campaign attribution.
  • Create and maintain performance dashboards and troubleshoot campaign underperformance using behavioral signals, buying intent, and job change triggers from Clay and other platforms.

Our team is seeking an experienced professional with strong technical aptitude and a passion for learning complex products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Account-Based Marketing experience in the B2B marketing and/or SaaS industry preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Clay, Zoho CRM, GetSales.io, Salesforce/Pipedrive, and automation tools like Zapier or Make.
  • Affinity for learning complex, highly technical products.
