A challenging opportunity awaits as a Manager in Transaction Services within our Mumbai and Gurgaon offices. As a Chartered Accountant with 5-8 years of experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, or Audit, you will work on high-profile transactions like acquisitions, mergers, and buyouts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading financial due diligence engagements and identifying key transaction issues.
- Preparing high-quality reports and reviewing sections compiled by junior team members.
- Managing smaller assignments independently or assisting on larger ones under Partner supervision.
- Building credibility with clients and representing Transaction Services in deal discussions.
- Maintaining professional networks with senior/mid-level contacts for future business opportunities.
- Supporting proposals, business development, and practice development initiatives.
- Managing, mentoring, and providing feedback to junior staff.
- Ensuring risk management and compliance documentation is completed as per firm standards.
- Contributing to team morale and a collaborative work environment.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments, tight deadlines, and client demands. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, along with IFRS knowledge, is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.
