Job Overview

The successful candidate will work with our team to migrate existing automated test equipment (ATE) test programs from various platforms to the NI STS platform.

This is a position with the potential for travel and requires strong experience in semiconductor test engineering and practices.

Responsibilities include developing and migrating full test programs, rewriting test methods, and adapting test flows for the new NI STS environment.

  • Develop and migrate full test programs from source platforms to the target NI STS platform.
  • Rewrite test methods and adapt test flows for the new NI STS environment.
  • Utilize C# as the primary programming language for new test programs.
  • Analyze and adapt existing source code written in C++ and other languages.
  • Perform statistical data analysis using tools to ensure proper test program correlation.
  • Work with various device types, including op-amps, converters, and complex System-on-Chips (SOCs).
  • Collaborate remotely with team members and maintain communication regarding project progress.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 4-7 years of industry experience in IC Test or an equivalent field.

A solid understanding of test program development and debugging, as well as knowledge of basic statistical analysis for test correlation, are also essential.
