Job Description

As a seasoned maintenance professional, you will play a key role in driving the planning and execution of routine maintenance work at our site. This includes coordinating with various crafts, providing technical support, and ensuring that all plans and schedules are integrated effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective planning and scheduling processes to ensure seamless execution of maintenance work.
  • Collaborating closely with operations teams to integrate schedules into the operating plan.
  • Providing subject matter expertise on planning, estimating, and scheduling for project work.
  • Driving accountability among planners and schedulers to use standard tools and practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant engineering or maintenance discipline.
  • Previous experience in a maintenance planning leadership position, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong technical background in planning and scheduling tools, including JDE, SAP, and Primavera P6.
  • Understanding of planning processes, including constructability, advanced work packaging, and materials management.
