Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our multi-site environment.

About the Role:

The IT Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement standardized IT policies and procedures.
  • Manage the complete IT procurement lifecycle.
  • Lead and manage a distributed team of IT consultants.
  • Direct vendor management activities.
  • Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to automate and streamline IT processes.
  • Collaborate with practice leaders and office managers to understand technological needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in IT Operations Management.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a distributed or multi-site IT team.
  • Strong expertise in IT procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, hardware/software support, and security principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP).
  • Advanced knowledge of scripting and automation using tools like Python or PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms and Mobile Device Management solutions.
