Webflow Developer Position

About the Job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Webflow Developer with 1–2 years of experience building responsive websites and landing pages.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow, leveraging CMS, interactions, and animations.
  • Implementing basic frontend code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom embeds and advanced functionality.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring marketing funnels and campaigns to life.
  • Integrating forms, scripts, and third-party marketing tools.
  • Optimizing websites for SEO, page speed, and conversion-focused layouts.
  • Implementing analytics tracking and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Supporting A/B testing, funnel experiments, and performance monitoring.

Ideal Skills and Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in Webflow development with a strong grasp of responsive design and CMS structures.
  • Proven experience building and publishing marketing websites or landing pages.
  • Hands-on knowledge of embedding and troubleshooting custom code.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, product, and growth teams.
  • Exposure to analytics and tracking implementation.
  • Familiarity with form integrations and CRM tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
