Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer to lead our frontend development efforts for web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code across various frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers in developing frontend solutions.
  • Define and enforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices for frontend development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on requirements and ensure seamless integrations.
    • Hands‑on Development
    • Participate in coding, code reviews, and optimization tasks to deliver high-performance web and mobile applications.
      • Technology Ownership
      • Demonstrate expertise across a range of frontend technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
      • Evaluate, recommend, and drive adoption of new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve productivity and performance.
        • Quality & Performance
        • Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
        • Monitor application performance, conduct profiling, and implement optimizations to support large-scale usage.
          • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
          • Foster a collaborative environment across engineering, design, QA, and product teams.
          • Communicate progress, risks, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on frontend development experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong command over React is a must.
  • Working knowledge of Angular, Vue, or other frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience with state management tools (Redux, NgRx, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Webpack, Metro bundler, and version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Detox.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
