Lead Frontend UI Developer

As a seasoned professional in modern web development, we are seeking an experienced Frontend Engineering Leader to spearhead the delivery of cutting-edge frontend applications.

This role demands a technical expert who can rapidly implement code, communicate effectively with stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, and drive front-end best practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Headless JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js, Angular), along with HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and responsive design.

The successful candidate will lead critical feature delivery, collaborate closely with cross-functional squads, maintain high standards for design quality, performance, and code standards, and contribute to hiring strategies, interview processes, and candidate evaluation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand UI/UX requirements and estimate implementation risks.
  • Provide hands-on mentorship through debugging, code pairing, and architectural guidance.
  • Directly manage engineers, conducting regular 1:1s, growth conversations, and performance reviews.
  • Partner with backend and data teams to build integrated, performant user experiences.
