We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our organization as an Insurance Operations Associate. You will play a key role in supporting our core insurance processes, delivering high-quality service to stakeholders, and helping us maintain our operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering Administrative Service: Delivering a meticulous and streamlined administrative service.
  • Data Management: Dedicated to the precise management of data entry, meticulous data cleansing, and rigorous quality control of client and business partner information.
  • Submission Logging: Executing submission logging duties with precision, while also playing a pivotal role in achieving a seamless month-end close process.
  • Policy Data Management: By meticulously managing policy data, implementing robust quality controls, and fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Daily Transactions Processing: Processing daily transactions as per the targets set by the process.
  • Change Management: Exhibit the ability to manage and accommodate change effectively self and within the team proactively.
  • Policies and Procedures: Follow all the policies outlined by the organisation.
  • Reporting and Communication: Ensuring on-time Weekly / Monthly reporting as required and liaising with other departments as necessary.
Additional Requirements:
  • Accurate Data Entry: Understand customer requests and input accurate information into relevant IT / support systems.
  • Owning Deliverables: Take full ownership of deliverables and collaborate effectively with the team to achieve collective targets.
  • Communication: Correspond with customers in a clear and concise manner to ensure mutual understanding.
  • Proactive Workflow Management: Proactively manage daily, weekly, and monthly workflows to meet key performance indicators and service standards.
