Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an Insurance Specialist, based in Trivandrum. The Insurance Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as assessing risk, advising clients on insurance matters, processing claims, and ensuring compliance with insurance policies.

The role involves working closely with clients to provide optimal insurance solutions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. QualificationsInsurance and Insurance Brokerage experience

Knowledge of FinanceExcellent Communication skills

Strong Customer Service skills

Must be willing to take the IRDA exam to obtain a license

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Previous experience in an insurance company or brokerage firm is beneficial
