Insurance Operations Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer experiences for policyholders post-payment.
- Manage documentation, medical scheduling, and verification processes to ensure timely case issuance and meet monthly targets with minimal Turnaround Time (TAT) and high First-Time Right (FTR) rate.
- Develop strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively work with insurers, underwriters, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), and internal stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly issuance targets with minimal TAT and high FTR rate by collaborating with Insurers to improve operational processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of insurance underwriting and decision-making processes.
- Ability to handle customers patiently, including difficult conversations.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic computer skills.
