About the Role
We are hiring an
Assistant Manager – Insurance Operations (P&C Insurance)
to lead and manage operations for our global insurance clients. The role involves overseeing policy administration, underwriting, claims, and submissions while managing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead
P&C Insurance operations
including Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting Support, and Submissions. - Manage policy administration tasks such as
bookings, binders, issuance, renewals, and cancellations
. - Provide
team leadership
covering performance management, attrition, and grievance handling. - Ensure
quality, compliance, and SLA adherence
in all deliverables. - Collaborate effectively with internal teams and global stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- Mandatory:
5-8 years of experience in
P&C Insurance
within an MNC. - Strong expertise in
Claims, Submissions, Underwriting Support, and Policy Administration
. - Proven
team handling and stakeholder management
experience. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in
MS Excel & PowerPoint
. - Knowledge of applications like
GG, APLUS, SFDC
(preferred). - Willing to work in
US shifts
.
