Job Title: Inventory Manager

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store, ensuring that staff are well-supervised, inventory is tracked and managed efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain and manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control.
  • Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries professionally.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of stock.

Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Tally).
  • Computer skills.
  • Qualifications:
    • Graduation in commerce or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in store management, preferably in an industrial setup.
    • Customer-centric attitude.
