Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a SAP SD Resource located in Jagdalpur. The SAP SD Resource will be responsible for the day-to-day management and support of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module activities, including analyzing business requirements, configuring SD modules, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and providing end-user support and training. The role also involves coordinating with other SAP functional areas and ensuring compliance with business processes and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAP SD module configuration and support
• Experience with analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Excellent communication skills and capability to provide end-user support and training
• Experience in coordinating with other SAP functional areas and maintaining compliance with business processes
• Relevant certifications in SAP SD would be advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage project timelines
