Sales Associate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with queries, concerns, and product information.
• Support the sales team in handling day-to-day sales activities, including preparing quotations, bills, or order forms as required.
• Maintain and arrange product displays in the showroom.
• Follow up with customers for feedback and queries.
• Support in inventory checks, sample arrangement, and product deliveries.
• Manage basic administrative tasks like filing, record-keeping, and stock updates.
• Coordinate with installation teams or delivery partners as per customer requirements.
• Keep the store area clean and well-organized.
• Respond politely to walk-in customers in the absence of the Sales Executive.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th, 12th pass or above.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and billing software (preferred).
• Good communication skills in local language and basic Hindi.
• Able to assist seniors and follow instructions.
• Prior experience in showroom or store work is preferred but not mandatory.
• Physically active and ready to move display products as needed.
