Strategic Planning Director

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans aligned with our overall goals. This includes resolving client issues, developing best practices standards, and driving efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, technical knowledge of Hedge Fund Accounting, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also have experience in managing staff for 15-20 years, as well as strong business acumen, risk management knowledge, and interpersonal communication skills.

In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders to ensure awareness of key client requirements, assist in resolving complex client issues, and establish contingency plans for all areas of responsibility.

You will also be responsible for promoting risk consciousness and culture, participating in and leading projects that support the continuing expansion and evolution of our business, and contributing to corporate initiatives as part of the management team.
