Job Overview

The successful candidate will manage a group business with a team of employees, ensuring the implementation and achievement of business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to drive top-line sales through effective business strategies and product penetration.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including bank officials, channel partners, and zonal leadership teams.
  • Provide market feedback on competitors and other products in the market.
  • Manage and control post-sales processes to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze business metrics, including penetration rates, seller activation, claim denial rates, and time-to-claims (TATs).
