About the Role

Optas Group is hiring high-caliber Management Trainees to join our Group Leadership Program. This is a fast-track opportunity to work directly with the co-founders and vertical heads across our diverse businesses including education, real estate, hospitality, technology, and media.

If you&aposre a recent MBA graduate from a Tier-1 Indian B-school (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, FMS, etc.) with a strategic mindset and leadership potential this is your launchpad.

Key Responsibilities

- Rotate across key group companies (Education, Real Estate, Hospitality, Digital, Manufacturing)
- Drive strategic initiatives like market expansion, M&A, and digital transformation
- Support investment analysis, business modeling, and board-level reporting
- Liaise with senior leaders and external partners on high-impact growth projects
- Conduct competitive intelligence and policy scans for new verticals
- Participate in new market entries in India, GCC, Canada, and Australia
- Build long-term plans with a focus on scalability, profitability, and impact

Required Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 institute in India (Mandatory)
- 02 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, startups, or growth roles
- Strong analytical and financial skills (Excel, PowerPoint proficiency)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-impact, multi-sector environment
