Job Title:

A Senior IT Professional in End-User Computing

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-user support and technical assistance to global workforces, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of enterprise-level solutions.
  • Administer JAMF Pro for MAC device management, user identity, and endpoint protection.
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune device management and policy settings.
  • Ensure security compliance across the global endpoint estate using JAMF, SCCM, MECM, and Azure.
  • Develop best practices for vulnerability management, Evergreen upgrades, and patching.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to Windows group policies, MAC policies, and security patches.
  • Analyze log files and windows events to identify incidents and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve incidents and escalate issues to vendors as needed.
  • Work closely with engineering, packaging, and senior technical management to support technology across the collaboration stack.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for macOS, Windows 10/11, and Evergreen across all EUC platforms (Laptop, PC, VDI).
  • Maintain support documentation and issue tracking using Confluence and Jira.
  • Own and update technical documentation, publish knowledge base articles, and provide upskilling sessions.
  • Manage product enhancements via Agile processes with product owners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

JAMF Administration on JAMF Pro/JAMF Cloud, Microsoft Intune device management and policy configuration, Microsoft Autopilot maintenance and engineering, Enterprise-Level Patching and vulnerability management, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (System Centre Configuration Manager), Knowledge of build task sequences in SCCM, Group Policy and Active Directory troubleshooting skills, Advanced macOS and Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills, Browser support and Microsoft Edge enterprise mode configuration, Troubleshooting and optimization skills in an enterprise environment, Understanding of patch management and policy creation/implementations, Experience working in a compliance-driven environment, Office 365, Ability to deliver custom solutions via automation or other products to address non-standard requirements, Strong understanding/experience of remote access technologies, client troubleshooting, Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, PKI infrastructure, and certificate management.
