Key Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end innovative analytic solutions on PowerBI Cloud, creating actionable insights and driving better decisions and performance.
- Establish a deep understanding of the business and collaborate with Business SMEs to shape the reporting solutions provided.
- Write and interpret advanced and optimized SQL queries on SQL Server.
- Develop visionary and creative analytic solutions to measure business performance, identify drivers, risks, and opportunities, and define solutions to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities.
- Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, projects, and approaches.
- Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
- Analyze, develop, and implement computer application enhancements for end-users.
- Perform all tasks in the development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, and testing.
- Support existing reporting solutions, including developing fixes as necessary and providing support for complex issues.
- Gather, understand, and document user requirements and technical specifications, following all software requirements development standards.
- Utilize available programming methodologies and languages and adhere to coding standards, procedures, and techniques while contributing to technical code documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical or Information Technology field.
- 4+ years of work experience in Information Technology with hands-on experience in PowerBI.
- 4+ years of experience utilizing SQL and/or relational database tools (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or similar databases).
- 4+ years of systems design and applications development experience.
- Experience with SDLC such as Waterfall or Agile.
Preferred Qualification:
- Knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Flows, SSIS/Talend/DataStage, or any ETL tool, and Visual Studio.
