Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, with a strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
About the RoleThe Business Intelligence Manager will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Utilize SQL and Python to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources, including databases, data warehouses, and external APIs.
- Business Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), business metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business objectives and define analytical requirements.
- Data Management: Oversee data governance and quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data assets.
- Tool Development and Automation: Design and implement custom tools, scripts, and algorithms to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of business intelligence analysts, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and optimization.
- Strong programming skills in Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation.
- Experience with business intelligence tools and platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modelling techniques, and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
