Identity and Access Management Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to support our business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support IAM modules, including authentication and authorization services.
  • Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using SAML standards.
  • Integrate business applications with IAM systems as per requirements.
  • Implement Multi-Factor Authentication and other security mechanisms.
  • Provide independent contributor skills, resolving issues and closing tickets in a timely manner.
  • Support day-to-day operations activities, including workflow knowledge in design/implementations, provisioning process, adapters, clustering, policies, user registries.
  • Maintain knowledge of IAM system components, such as Directory Servers, Authentication Interfaces, and Policy Administration.
  • Participate in outage calls, create standard operating procedures, update documentation, and participate in regular meetings.

Requirements:

  • Experience with IAM/LDAP operations support.
  • Understanding of SSO, SAML, OAUTH, ADFS, and IAM system architectures.
  • Good to have experience in migration of applications to IAM systems.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
