Job Overview

A highly skilled Business Growth Strategist is sought to spearhead revenue expansion and optimize exhibitor participation in our diverse portfolio of trade shows and events.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and maximizing exhibitor engagement. They will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate leads and secure new business opportunities through face-to-face meetings, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Effectively present the value proposition of our exhibitions and convince potential exhibitors to book prime booth space.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and booth packages with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and target market insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and analyze data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 1-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the exhibition industry or a related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently engage C-level executives and decision-makers.
