Key Role: Unit HR Head

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to assume the role of Unit HR Head. This position is crucial in implementing effective human resources strategies that drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute comprehensive HR plans that align with organizational objectives.
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, open communication channels, and recognition programs.
  • Implement the Performance Management System, including goal setting, regular feedback, and training needs assessments.
  • Identify high-potential employees and provide them with opportunities for growth and development through specialized training programs.
  • Work closely with the Corporate HR team to ensure seamless integration of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) across departments.
  • Drive initiatives to attract, retain, and motivate top talent within the unit.
  • Lead the recruitment process to secure qualified candidates, ensuring timely hiring and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of training programs tailored to meet the unique needs of the unit.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in an HRBP role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
