We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive strategic partnerships and business success.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to join our team and make a meaningful impact. You will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business goals, managing end-to-end employee lifecycles, and overseeing high-volume workforce challenges.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Manage employee onboarding, performance management, engagement, and retention programs.
  • Develop and implement solutions to address attrition, absenteeism, shift adherence, and productivity challenges.
  • Address employee relations, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and empathetic manner.
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify skill gaps and develop capability-building initiatives.
  • Work with the central HR team on policy implementation, compliance, and HR process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HRBP in the BPO/Call Center industry.
  • Proven experience handling large employee bases (minimum 300–500 employees).
  • Strong understanding of BPO workforce dynamics, including shift operations, high attrition, and engagement challenges.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with influence over leadership and frontline employees alike.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and decision-making skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HR tools, data reporting, and HRMS platforms.
