Service Delivery/Case Administrator

A key role in our organization, the Service Delivery/Case Administrator will be responsible for coordinating the intake, assignment, and processing of radiology cases from healthcare facilities to our team of radiologists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate case management to ensure timely processing and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Accurately enter patient information, clinical details, and case data into our electronic systems.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for healthcare facilities, radiologists, and internal stakeholders regarding case status, scheduling, and administrative inquiries.
  • Assist in quality assurance activities by verifying case details and ensuring completeness and accuracy of information before case distribution.
  • Monitor and prioritize case queues to ensure efficient processing.
  • Provide basic technical support to users of our teleradiology platform, troubleshooting issues related to case submission and data entry.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and company policies in handling patient information and case data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Radiology & Imaging, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3-8 years of experience in clinical cases management, preferably within the teleradiology or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
