Lead Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our quality assurance efforts and deliver high-quality products.

  • Develop and execute test strategies to ensure all development tasks meet quality criteria through thorough planning and automation.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to comprehend product architecture and functionality.
  • Work collaboratively with the development team to resolve issues, improve processes, and implement best practices.
  • Produce QA artifacts such as test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.
  • Identify, document, and track defects in a timely manner.
  • Configure and maintain test environments, including software installations and configurations.
  • Conduct exploratory testing to find defects that might not be covered by test cases.
  • Deploy microservices applications in our Engineering environment.
  • Support our SRE team for production releases.
  • Review test strategies and ensure thoroughness of test scenarios.
  • Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and providing root cause analysis.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • At least 8+ years of experience in functional and automating testing of SAAS products.
  • Mandatory experience on any public or private Cloud platform.
  • Certification of AWS, Azure, and GCP is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience in test automation of multi-tier Enterprise and/or Cloud, SaaS applications.
  • Experience with microservices architecture using Kubernetes and Docker containers.
  • Hands-on experience of functional UI and API automation.
  • Linux knowledge is essential.
  • Good to have experience on Kafka, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, Oracle DB.
