Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional software development leader to drive the creation of high-quality software solutions across web, API, and mobile interfaces.

This role requires a technical expert with experience in automation efforts, performance testing, and Agile practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts using JavaScript/Typescript, Python, or Java, as well as mentoring team members on these skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive software engineering standards
  • Mentor team members on automation, performance testing, and Agile practices
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using JavaScript/Typescript, Python, or Java

Requirements:

  • 7+ years experience with automated testing of large-scale SaaS enterprise products in an Agile environment
  • 2+ years technical team-leadership experience, with proven ability to develop, mentor, and retain top talent
  • Deep understanding of browser-driven end-to-end tests, API Automation, performance and scale tests, and security tests
  • Strong experience writing automated test scripts using JavaScript/Typescript, Python, or Java
  • Experience using Playwright or equivalent (Cypress, Selenium WebDriver, etc.)
  • Experience with Test Case Management Software such as Zephyr
