Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of clients' needs, expectations, business operations, and industry-related IFRS or GAAP issues.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the audit methodology and tools, and apply this knowledge to perform audit procedures and tests.
- Identify areas of risk and accounting/auditing issues, and collaborate with engagement teams to resolve these issues.
- Develop expertise in specific industries and stay up-to-date on technical accounting issues.
- Ensure that all documentation is compliant with quality standards and properly maintained.
- Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly with professionals to deliver high-quality results.
- Semi-qualified ACCA/CPA or Qualified CA/ACCA/Licensed CPA
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting and auditing, specifically in the NFP industry
- Strong technical skills in accounting, including IFRS or GAAP and GAAS
- Advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables, basic formulas), Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
