Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Modelling Expert to join our team. This is a full-time position located in Kochi, responsible for performing financial analysis, building and maintaining financial models, conducting budgeting activities, and providing analytical support to project teams.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting. Daily tasks will include preparing financial reports, monitoring project costs, and providing insights to support financial decision-making.
Main Responsibilities:
- Originating new business opportunities
- Structuring and negotiating financial agreements
- Coordinating due diligence activities
- Managing communications with lenders and investors
- Negotiating and finalizing financial documentation
- Ensuring compliance with post-closing covenants and regulations
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modelling
- Strong communication and representation skills
- Integrity and compliance mindset
Working Conditions:
- Confidentiality and non-disclosure requirements
- Adherence to relevant laws and regulations (KYC/AML, anti-corruption, securities/placement)
