Cinema Management Opportunity

The Cinema Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring an exceptional movie-going experience while driving business growth. Key responsibilities include staff management, customer service, box office performance, concessions, technical coordination, and adherence to health and safety standards.

  • Staff Management: Effectively supervise and manage theatre staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Customer Service: Foster outstanding customer relationships through prompt issue resolution and proactive communication.
  • Box Office Performance: Monitor ticket sales, concession sales, and revenue growth to optimize business results.
  • Concessions: Oversee the management of food and beverage services, including menu planning and inventory control.
  • Technical Coordination: Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth operation of projection and AV systems.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Possess a Bachelor's / Post-graduate degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality or a similar field for optimal success.
  • MBA or Diploma in Hospitality/Operations Management is highly advantageous.
  • Prior experience working with established cinema chains is mandatory.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in cinema management systems (POS, ticketing, scheduling software).
  • Basic understanding of projection and AV systems is beneficial.
