Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality design output across HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.

  • The ideal candidate will deliver project discipline scope elements in compliance with project objectives, quality standards, and timelines.
  • The role involves leading and supporting concept, schematic, and detailed design development of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems for commercial, residential, retail, hospital, and high-rise projects.
  • The engineer will perform engineering calculations for HVAC loads, PHE, and Firefighting systems; select suitable systems and equipment.
  • Design drawings, specifications, BOQs, and reports will be developed using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP, and BIM360.
  • Peer review and QA/QC compliance of design deliverables will be ensured as per company procedures.
  • Candidates must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5–10 years of total experience (minimum 2–6 years on Gulf design projects).
  • Strong knowledge and experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting system design.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP & BIM360 platforms.
  • Good understanding of engineering codes, standards, and authorities' regulations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
