Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled engineer to create working drawings for commercial and light industrial buildings.

About the Role:

  • Create accurate HVAC designs per project standards.
  • Collaborate with various teams including civil, architectural, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting teams.
  • Resolve technical issues with site teams.
  • Maintain documentation and drawing logs.
  • Support quantity take-offs and drawing approvals.
  • Monitor productivity and assist in quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive HVAC designs incorporating chillers, AHUs, VAVs, FCUs, ventilation, and smoke control systems.
  • Familiarity with GCC codes and Civil Defence requirements is essential.
  • Proficient in HVAC calculations and software (e.g., HAP).
  • Knowledge of Revit, Navisworks is beneficial.
  • Effective communication, coordination, and documentation skills are crucial.
  • Understanding of related MEP systems is necessary.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • HVAC training certification is preferred.
