About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for executing fieldwork and testing across various areas of laws, including AML, Privacy, Anti-corruption, Consumer Protection & Fairness.

Your primary objective will be to design and implement effective testing programs, identifying potential risks and issues that require alignment with senior stakeholders. You will also be expected to communicate progress and findings to your manager and engage in strategic initiatives to improve the delivery model.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong risk assessment skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently with minimal managerial support. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to train and mentor colleagues, contribute to presentations for senior leadership, and participate in remediation planning.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in internal audit, regulatory compliance, or a related field within a Big Four or bank/financial institution with a background in Anti-Money Laundering.
  • Academic qualifications and certifications such as Chartered Accounts, CPA, CIA, ACAMS, MBA, or individuals with certifications in audit would be preferred.
