Hardware Design and Verification Expert

We're seeking an experienced hardware design and verification expert to collaborate with our team of researchers. This is a remote/hybrid position with flexible hours, offering competitive pay based on experience.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will create realistic problems that mirror industry complexity and best practices in RTL design using Verilog/SystemVerilog or VHDL. They will also design and optimize containerized environments for agent training tasks in hardware design workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Create complex simulation-based models of real-world hardware systems
  • Develop high-quality challenges that reflect industry standards in hardware design and verification
  • Collaborate with AI researchers to understand agent capabilities and training requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in RTL design and verification methodologies (UVM, SystemVerilog, testbench development)
  • Strong background in synthesis, timing analysis, and debugging tools
  • Familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor Graphics)
