As a Senior Executive/Assistant Category Manager, you will play a vital role in our Marketing team for the category of Mayonnaise, Spreads & Condiments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the marketing roadmap with strategic initiatives
  • Assisting in product development aligned with business goals
  • Conducting primary and secondary market research to stay ahead
  • Developing product concepts and working with cross-functional teams
  • Executing marketing plans and improving processes for optimal results
  • Coordinating product launches, campaigns, and agencies for maximum impact
  • Creating briefs for packaging, creative, and digital content
  • Collaborating with teams for smooth execution of projects

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree with minimum 4 years of working experience in Brand Management preferably in FMCG
  • Strong functional marketing knowledge across brand communication, activation, consumer insights, and new product development
  • 'Results-driven' mindset with high initiative and ownership
  • Out of the box thinking with creativity and passion
  • Effective communication, presentation, and MS office skills
