About the RoleAs a Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and delivering innovative solutions for Merchant acquiring services. You will devise bespoke strategies that cater to business use cases, requiring a deep understanding of the UPI product, features, and system limitations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver the UPI payments platform for Merchant acquiring services.
- Develop tailored solutions that meet business requirements, leveraging your expertise in Payments and Merchant acquiring domain.
- Provide pre-sale support, create functional scope documents, conduct testing, and engage with internal stakeholders.
- Offer personalized solutions to individual customers, including Merchants and business entities.
- Monitor the UPI product platform for issues and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in a professionally managed organization or a leading bank, with expertise in Payments and Merchant acquiring domain.
- Ability to comprehend business needs, create requirement documents, and define project scope.
- Familiarity with IT delivery channels, including Payment Gateway, Merchant onboard, Transaction processing, Settlement, and Disputes aspects.
- ETED transaction processing knowledge in Payments and settlement aspect.
- Experience in managing external and internal stakeholders.
- Adaptability and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
- Added advantage - experience with networks and certifications.
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
